Repairs & Resizing

What repair services does Divadora offer?

Divadora can review jewelry for services such as stone tightening, setting repair, clasp replacement, chain repair, polishing, refinishing, enamel repair, and general restoration.

Service availability depends on the piece, materials, construction, and condition.

How do I request a repair?

Contact Divadora with:

  • Your name and order number, when available
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the jewelry

Do not ship the item until repair instructions and the correct mailing address are provided.

Can rings be resized?

Divadora offers complimentary minor resizing upward only for eligible rings originally purchased from Divadora.

Most eligible rings can be increased by half a size. In limited cases, a ring may be increased by up to one full size when the design allows.

Complimentary resizing is not available for reducing a ring size, and it does not apply to rings purchased from another jeweler.

Which rings may not be resized?

Some designs cannot be resized safely, including certain eternity bands, enamel rings, gemstone-set bands, heavily patterned designs, and rings with construction that extends around the full circumference.

Eligibility is determined after the ring is reviewed.

Who pays for resizing shipping?

The resizing service is complimentary for eligible Divadora rings. Customers are responsible for insured shipping to and from Divadora.

Are repairs complimentary?

Repair costs depend on the issue and whether it resulted from a manufacturing defect, accidental damage, normal wear, or alteration by another jeweler.

Divadora will provide pricing for approval before beginning any paid repair.

How long do repairs and resizing take?

Timing depends on the service required, material availability, and the condition of the piece.

An estimated completion time will be provided after the jewelry has been reviewed.

Will my jewelry look exactly the same after repair or resizing?

Divadora will preserve the original appearance as closely as possible. Minor differences may occur in finish, texture, engraving alignment, enamel, stone placement, or proportions depending on the work required.
