Warranty & Product Care

Product Warranty:

Every Divadora piece comes with a year long limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers most types of damage such as breakage or surface scratches.

If the piece needs to be repaired, you may ship it to us directly and we will ship it back to your listed address, free of charge.

After the one year period, repairs will be done for a nominal fee.

If at any time you feel the need to reach out to us to discuss repairing a Divadora product, send us an email at Divadoragems@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

 

Product Care:

When it comes to sterling silver jewelry, product care is essential to make sure your purchases stand the test of time.

  1. When you're not wearing your jewelry, or plan to not be wearing jewelry for a significant period of time, make sure to store it in a sealed bag such as a ziplock bag.
  2. It's not advisable to wear your jewelry while showering, swimming, doing your dishes, wearing perfume, working out or playing sports.
  3. After you're done with your day, we recommend wiping your jewelry with a non-abrasive jewelry polishing cloth to remove dirt and tarnish.
  4. You may use silver polish or jewelry polish to fully remove stains from your jewelry. Be sure to use gloves and follow the instructions on the bottle as to not cause any harm to yourself or your jewelry.

 

DAILY CARE

 

To extend the life of your Divadora jewelry that contains enamel, consider removing your jewelry when:

  • Using lotion, hair products, fragrances and other cosmetics or chemicals. 
  • Performing household & outdoor chores or labor intensive work.
  • During extreme temperatures and humidity.
